If you're looking for a budget I/C that works well and fits (a bit of
cutting and shutting required) I would highly recommend the Volvo 740 front
mount I/C.
I got mine for about $150 from a volvo wrecker and it measures about 660mm
diagonally.
Using that I/C and 3" exhaust my 1600 makes 159Kw at the wheels with the
SR20DET at only 12psi.
