For a disc brake rear most people use the oz R31 skyline/pintara disc
brake setup which only requires a few mods to fit.Have a look on the
datnet site as they have details from pete liebig on how its done.Its also
in the ozdat archives.By adjusting the ride height I assume you mean
lowering the car.This can be done by buying lower springs.Have a look on
the Whiteline suspension site as it gives you a pretty good idea for the
perfect street setup.Dont go to low.
