mystery wires

Hey list, I have just about finished fitting the replacement wiring loom in but 
there are 6 (yes 6!) wires that I cannot find on the wiring loom
They are two Red/Black and one Black/Red, and two Black/Yellow and one that 
looks black/yellow.
I can't find them anywhere on the wiring loom diagram.

Any ideas!?
