I would believe this power output, as I remember he said the external wastegate was stuck, and he was running in excess of 30 pounds boost for a while. With that sort of boost, big power numbers are achieveable, but not for a long time! I am not sure of the engines internals, but I think he runs pump fuel. I think this car was built by a guy at lonsdale. I guess he should quote th boost with the power.
There was a z18 that made 224kw at the wheels (dyno shee provided), very tough internals and turb, but that power was made during a power run on the dyno with no exhaust from the dump back and 25+ pounds of boost.
