hi, so far everything seems okay... i drilled and taped a head bolt thread
to take a helicoil in my l20b block,( went in a little crooked, ), took the
2mm and cleaned all the 3bond of it, and got a spray can of hylomar
not really worth getting in the spray can , used it all and still needed
more) used that plus i had to use some hylomar in a tube .
and guess what? got a 5puck ceramic clutch kit ( 240mm clutch) from
stewart wilkins rallying for 380$ pretty cheap i reckon. put that in also.
took in for a spin around the block, thrashed it a bit etc.... clutch
ok, no more water leaking out the head gasket... but when i rev it
theres a metal scraping noise, its the movement of the crank scraping
against the plate that goes between box and engine.....
looks like i gotta take it out and fix it up ................... any
body want a job...?
