Ryan,
 
You would need to know the diameter of the dyno rollers to work it out.  Fortunately, torque is a function of revs and horsepower, so you can work out the torque in newton metres if you know how many revs you are doing at xx km/h and can read the horsepower figure in kilowatts from the dyno sheet.
 
The formula is:
 
kw = (nm * RPM) / 9550
 
or
 
nm = (9550 * kw) / RPM
 
So say your torque curve peaks at 120km/hr, find RPM for this speed, find the number of kilowatts your car is making at 120km/hr by referencing the dyno sheet, and just plug the numbers in.

i have a question... on that dyno, like mine the torque is measured in Newtons but not Newtom-metres.

Nice power for 10psi mate! I assume by the kph that that run was done in 3rd gear?? Also were u a little dissapointed by the torque figure?? I woulda thought with that bottom end youve sorted she woulda been punching way more torque...
