ok fella's, I've figured out it is a proper L18 sss, as said there was a w after the engine number and it has an A87 head with dome top SU's. Plus it has the 2 and 1/2 inch with extractors
What i want to know: 1. What is the points gap meant to be? 2. what is the spark plug gap meant to be? I tuned my SU's, and timed it to 12 -14 degrees 3. So is there anything else i might need to do? and now some questions: 1. it is completely stocko L18 sss except the extractors (4 into 2 into 1) and 2 1/2 inch exhaust right the way through, HP ratings stock = 115 hp so would i be pushing it saying i had 130 hp, so how much do u think i'll have? 2.
