Brodie, On a 200B there is no real adjustment as such but if your hydraulics are in good condition then the initial bite point should be around 1/3 of the total stroke off the floor and there should be around 20-25mm of free play when you depress at the top of the stroke. If everything is fine in this department (and no leaks or air in the system etc) then you've got a pressure plate or clutch plate problem which means it's replacement time.
