The main diff is the L20A has a 0.48 A/R ratio turbine housing where the
Z18ET has a 0.63 turbine housing.

I did a bit of work on a skyline with the same sort of motor and the turbo
on
this was a t3 about the same size a z18 turbo.These things made about
108kw's
standard.A rod had come out the side of this one and we replaced it with a
L24e
motor and a larger t3.It actually went quite well with 15psi and water
injection.From what ive been told the L20et motors had a habit of sticking
rods
out the side.
