List, I have a haltech f9 running my injected 2.4L20b. To upgrade the computer to an f9a requires te insertion of a small IC into the ECU circuit board. Once this chip is inserted, the ECU is upgraded. This allows for thermo fan control, wastegate control, shift light, closed loop.... Haltech want $250+ for this chip, and I was wondring if anybody could tell me the number on the chip so I can see if i can source it from Jaycar. I think this chip would be a standard part like the rest of the IC's on the board. Thanks, Thommo.
