The CA20's are boat anchors as Brad says (very weak internals, particularly conrods), but it is possible to use the (fuel only) EFI system (ECU, throttlebody, injectors, pump etc) on almost any other engine. Pull the front and rear brakes off and anything usable out of the interior while you're at it. CA20E's are SOHC, CA18DE's are DOHC. The 'D' denotes DOHC.

I was thinking of trying to put it in my 200B but a friend told me the L20 actually produces more HP than the CA. Is this true?? And also I thought the CA engines were twin cam 16 valve (CA18), but i'm again told the 2L isn't thanks, Peter _________________________________________________________________ Join the world's largest e-mail service with MSN Hotmail. http://www.hotmail.com --membersozdat------------------------------------------------------- OZDAT Mailing List Please Note:- Send (un)subscribe requests to [EMAIL PROTECTED] Send submissions to [EMAIL PROTECTED] No unauthorised redistribution of this email http://www.ozdat.com/ozdatonline/index.htm http://www.ozdat.com/ozdatonline/listindex.html http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ ---------------------------------------------------------------------
