Hello mark,

I had a similar problem with my last car, it turned out to be the
ignition system was not up to scratch. A cheap and easy way to see if
it could be causing the problem is to knock down the plug gaps a bit
and go for a drive, I did it and the problem went away. If it doesnt
fix it, then at least you can say that you checked it.
