Zac,

Also the 200b booster I removed (took about 3 hours, those things should be banned from 1600s) has outlets for 'rear' 'front left' and 'front right' so of course the previous owner modified the brake lines appropriately. now that means they won't bolt onto the skyline 7/8ths. I'm not sure what is required, maybe some type of junction box off the skyline or 180b?

This sounds like you has one of those delightful internal prop valve aussie made cylinders (PBR?) and I could be wrong but some of the ones I've seen have a different size hydraulic connections for front and rear lines into the cylinder. You will have to follow the left & right lines down until you find the union that was used to join them into the original left and right front lines. The original union had one in (from the cylinder) and two out (to each wheel). 180B with Japan dual master cylinder front lines are so similar to a 1600 you may be better off getting them from a wreck, prop valve the lot. I guess it depends on how it was plumbed to begin with.

regards
Terry

cheers for the advice!
