This is excellent for those not wanting the expense of rechroming their orig door handles. I have noticed the 180b resemblance in the past but not known for sure if they would be a relatively direct fit.

180B outer door handles fit onto1600 with very minor mods( filing the hole where the handle goes throughtthe door metal.) The nuts used to hold it on are 10mm instead of 8mm, so if you get a 180B door handle keep the nuts and washers. I am 99% sure that the Z- car and the 1600 had the same door handles, so therefore 180B will fit. Don't even bother to ask a wrecker, as I have seen one charge $45 for a 1600 door handle that was for the customers Z- car when he knew that 180B would fit. Tell Him/Her that it is for a 180B and they will only charge you $5 (beat them at thier own dirty game, andfeel no remorse!!!)
