Rick, Gone stupid is what they've done over here in the east - geez you can't even do anything much now. 3 months for a donut or burnout, really what next and they get around in unmarked Soobies & Volvo station wagons to bate you. They've even stuck cameras up at some of the hot spots in Canberra, no sense of humour this lot.
