David,
    check that you input the correct head gasket thinkness, you listed
it below as 0.13mm should be ~1.3mm.

If you want to work it our for yourself here's how
all inputs in millimeters:

    cyl_cc = cyl_bore * cyl_bore / 4 * 3.142 * stroke / 1000
    tdc_cc = cyl_bore * cyl_bore / 4 * 3.142 * piston_down_from_TDC /
1000
    gasket_cc = gasket_bore * gasket_bore / 4 * 3.142 * gasket_thickness
/ 1000
    chamber_cc = head_cc + gasket_cc - tdc_cc + dish_cc
    CR = (cyl_cc + chamber_cc) / chamber_cc

that makes it easier for you.
