That's what i figured, what if i was to put something else there? Ie weld angle plate in? > What sort of seats are you fitting? 300zx seats. The reason i want to cut the floor mounts is so that my head doesn't hit the roof. Without the headlining in, and placing the seat in there i already touch the roof quite easily.
