Chris; I'm not exactly sure what you mean by 'captive'? Do you mean when you jack it up they stay in between the spring holder things? Cos the super lows don't at the moment, but I am hoping that the lows will.   5cm is even lower than mine!! gosh...   Would there be any difference between 1600 'super lows' and 240k 'super lows'?? I wanted super low for the back too but was told they dont make them.   After we put them in, the front sat pretty good, but quite low (as you would expect I guess!), but the back sat higher. To even it out we cut 1/4 coil off the back springs and now it sits even but its very low. I have a pretty big dump pipe and it sits about 7cm off the ground and thats not good.   I would reccommend not getting the super lows for the front - just get plain low front and rear and it should sit well.
