All the factory Z wheels I've seen fit well on a 1600, most have a slight + offset which varies for different wheels from what I've seen.  The later 15" 300ZX wheels (Z31 type w/4stud)I think  have a little more + offset but seem to work well. Aftermarket wheels for a Z can have quite small offset ie (0-10) which might push them out of the fender on a 1600 if they are larger width. I think the 14x6 Star type suit a 1600 well and look the best IMO.
