Gday No definately dont go broadband. In the last few mionths optus put up there rates to about the same as telstra. They are a rip off. 350mb on broadband last 1 day, literally. If you go broadband get at least a 5gb deal, but these are from $150 a month. I am with ihug(formerly tig) we have unlimited access on 56k modem and we pay about 30 bucks i think. They do have a 3 hour boot off policy in peak times but it doesnt always happen. This morning we got dissconnected after 60hr(record is 315hr). Ihugs unlimited is unlimited. we are on the net 24 hr a day and download more than 3gb a month. We have been with them for more than 5 years and wont be changing.
