Throttle Bodies

Listers, Having never dabbled in efi before, i am planning my first Modified efi donk (Ecotec V6 in VH commy). Anyway, what effect does a larger throttlebody have on a normaly aspirated engine. I dont know what the v6 has as standard, but i can find 2 aftermarket units , 68mm & 75 mm.
