You could start off simple by using water only injected straight into the carby pumped by a windscreen washer bottle pump activated by a hobbs pressure switch.You could do the same using a 50/50 water methanol mix but you have to keep an eye on plastics/rubber used as methanol can react with some of these and can shorten the life of some pumps.Most reticulation type nozzles flow to much but a simple nozzle can be made by melting the end of some windscreen washer type hose and putting some pin pricks near the end ( a bit of trial and error).Instead of using a pump you can use a pressurized tank the gets its pressure from the post blower side of the intake thru a one way valve.A system i use on turbocharged cars uses a high pressure 60psi sureflow pump which will cope with methanol/alcohol activated by hobbs switch and gas/fuel stop valve and an agricultural fogger nozzle.This is used after the turbo but is not what you need as its better to go in before the blower as it cools the blower and gives a better seal which gives more boost.Both water and methanol reduce inlet temps and reduce the chance of detonation and the methanol also gives some added power.I'm not sure if methanol is compatable with the teflon used in the toyota blowers.
