Coz 9" rims will mean that you'll have to have your car at stock height to clear every thing with the right offset.
George Fury's car had mammoth flares on it, like about 4" wider each side and the suspension was set up for it. If you want to do it thats fine, but i think you'll find it'll handle like a pig and look pretty average at standard height aswell Let us know hoe it goes thou.
