Malcolm,

The ATI All-In-Wonder cards generally aren't as fast as the NVidia GeForce cards for gaming but they have a much more coherant A/V package, which is also a lot easier to use. The GeForce cards can have video in and out etc but the specs and features depend on individual manufacturers. The ATI cards are expensive, but entirely worth it - unless you have a DV Camcorder in which case I wouldn't bother (buy a Firewire card instead)

That's my humble opinion in any case

Hello Sir,
Computer stuff.
I'm looking at buying a new video card and like the raidon (spelt wrong) 8500 with the built in TV tuner,128Mb DDR, all the bells and crap.
Now no computer shop here(CH-CH,,NZ) knows anything about it,Do you know this card???ATI?
Pros and cons??
I see in write ups its not as good as a Geforce 4 Ti4600 but has TV built in and you can also plug a VCR,DVD,Stereo etc in to it via a desk top box that it comes with.It also has a remote that will work in any room of the house and has mouse buttons ,so you can play games do e.mail in front of the tv instead of the computer.
thanks
Malcolm
