Subject: L16 vs L20B
Hi guys
Head gasket has gone in my L20B so I took the zero cost option and installed my spare motor which is an L16.
What is the weight difference between the two motors. The car seems to understeer a little less and feel and more balanced? I wouldn't have thought that there would be much difference to the handling?
You can certainly feel the power difference to. This explains the really low gearing of the stock Stanza. Also the L16 feels a lot smoother higher up in the rev range. Can I get the L20B to be as smooth at 6000rpm? How much does balancing cost?
Thanks
Ross G
