Rod, I dont want to put you off, but IMHO dont! I did it for an escort, and the amount of wiring that you end up runnin is heaps. You then think, oh i'll include some relays, and a cool new fuse box......etc......etc and you end up with a huge job. Sure it can look neat, sure it will work better than the origonal, if done properly, but it aint worth the hassle.
I havent had any experience with the aftermarket wiring kits and hence wont comment, only to say that if they are well produced and at a good price, i would look down that road. Hope it works out Chris S ----- Original Message ----- From: "Rod F" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Sent: Sunday, January 19, 2003 6:10 PM Subject: 1600 wiring loom trauma > Hey again, > > I'm rebuilding a 1600 and have concluded the old wiring loom is a piece of > shit. Has anyone re-wired an entire car before? Any suggestions (eg. don't > do it?)
