Bob, Buy a compression tester yourself, it'll take you about 20 minutes to do it. And im pretty sure you can pick them up for about $20-$30. On a L26 it'll be nice and easy to get to all the spark plugs. Get some values and see if your right. The manual will tell you them, or people on here will know.
A compression tester is a handy tool to have there aswell.
