EMS advert page (zoom)

Hey guy's  I am sure a lot of you read ZOOM magazine , have a question about the long tube , dish thing at the bottom of the page ( right side corner ) on the EMS advertisement . ( page 74 in issue number 63 ) I have one on my FJ20DET and was wondering what it was ?
