Selling a FJ20 turbo 1600 soon, thought the list may wanna know first....
Datsun 1600, 1972 model. Straight rust free Canberra car. White in colour. New front indicator/park light assembly, new side indicators, door and window seals in excellent condition, immaculate 68 model grill, new wiper blades and inserts, tinted windows, high wattage headlights rewired with relays, Solex locks.
FJ20 turbo in good health, overhauled immeaditaly after purchase and all tolerances checked- both timing chains replaced, both tensioners replaced (Mazda ratchet style), chain guides replaced, head chemically bathed and inspected then re-surfaced, injectors serviced, new water pump and thermostat. Recent 3 inch mandrel bent exhaust, Pulsar radiator with twin thermo fans (operated by computer), K&N air filter, new oxygen sensor, VL turbo fuel pump, polished alloy surge tank, 10mm fuel line replacing original line, boot mounted battery, 140amp circut breaker. FJ20 turbo 5 speed, open and locked R180 diffs. Microtech MTX8 computer (laptop compatable), Quad bosch sequential fire ignition coils, sequential injection, handset with 4 line data display.
New VS Commodore calipers with Mitsubishi Verada ventilated discs, 180B brake booster, proportioning valve, new rear wheel cylinders. Tokico gold front shock inserts, front King springs, adjustable camber, adjustable radius rods, Selby front swaybar, Pedders sport rear shocks with Lovell springs. ROH 5 spoke 15 inch rims with Yokohama A539 195/50/15 tyres on front and Falken 195/50/15 ZE-502 on rear. Tyres in near new condition.
Reupholstered roof lining and visors, excellent carpet, tastefull bucket seats from Toyota front cut, reupholstered rear seats, 240K centre console, 1KG fire extingusher, rear demister (not the tacky DIY style!!), factory Tacho, SAAS steering wheel, CD player, amp, 4 speaker system, Immaculate dash, minimal road noise in cabin.
Regretfull genuine sale of a genuine well thought out street car. Looking for around $10,000 or serious offers around that figure.
