People dont know the heads for turbo are the same as non turbo Z18.. possable to be the only engine where the heads are the same?

Z18T head is the same as non turbo,
Its the pistons and rods /crank that differer.
Only different part on the top half is the cam cover that says "Turbo" the rest is the same.
