I want to tow a postie bike around and load it on and off the trailer regularly, about 4 times a day. I have been told you can get a trailer with a "drop axle" or something, which means the centre of the axle is lowered, which allows the channel for the bike wheel to be down as low as 6 inches off the road. Having the low channel allows you to load the bike on and off the trailer without a ramp. Can you make a trailer with 200B front struts, or do you have to have an axle on a trailer? If so, where do you get these low axles from and how much do they cost?
