Jeff Missing at high revs and SU's sort of go hand in hand.. I had a set of 'real' su's not hitachi su's on my L20 and it always missed at high revs. When I fitted the 45 Webers - no more trouble. HOWEVER..... U may be limiting the flow thru the actual fuel lines. Standard fuel lines will not deliver sufficient flow for a high performance L series. I replaced the complete fuel line with the next larger size bundy tubing (sorry can't remember the size and the car is in storage at the moment) and I use 2 low pressure electric pumps (of uncertain origin) linked together and run the system thru a fuel regulator to cut DOWN the pressure (3.5psi max for webers) and the flow. If ur serious about future improvements for Group N Historics I would seriously consider upsizing the whole system now. If u want to get a bit scientific u could run your fuel lines into a graduated cylinder for 60 secs and measure what it is ACTUALLY flowing. Cheers Mick
