I was under the wife's car today giving it a new drink of oil and
noticed the fat looking sway-bar...thinking it was bigger than on the
Fj20 Datto I measured it at 30mm compared to mine which is just 25mm. I
was quite surprised, but wonder if this is normal for a convertible for
better body control? The car is AFAIK bog standard - it's a 1990 Capri
w/ the 100kw 1.6 turbo (Mazda) engine. If you ignore the shimmy and
shake of the body it gets around Canberra's round-abouts okay, but does
have a tendency to slide the back end quite easily.
