I'm tapping into the knowledge base on the list with this one as All Cars has never appealed to me.
A mate of mine is wanting to upgrade his XD 302 to a 351 which they actually came out with from the factory. He's already done brakes, suspension and all of that stuff off a 351 XD Panel van donor. Anyone know whether we're in for a hassle with the RTA in either NSW or ACT? It's an ACT reg at the moment and we would like to leave it here but we can/will change to NSW if it's necessary. Are we likely to need an engineers report?
