i could have bought a 94 wrx the other day for $11,000, road registered, parts are still expensive though, they need dog boxes you can buy race only's rego cheaper, my mate had a smick legacy (liberty here) 4wd 2l turbo with all the whistles and bells, (demisters on the side mirrors etc.) $4500 my mate is selling (could be sold?) GTR for $12,000 (1590kgs makes them to heavy) you can buy race rego only cars quite cheap now.
