Its definately alignment, not brakes? If alignment, the things to check are 1 why the sway bar is offset? (Bent radius arm/stuffed radius arm inner pivot bushes?) 2 Are the control arm bushes stuffed? (Gives the symptoms described under brakes) However, I would have hoped these would have been thoroughly checked at the wheel alignment.
