Ah that explains it. I knew you were pretty handy at getting things to go. Do you put the sprocket loosening down to "assembly technique" - or something more sinister?
A friend had a KA motor do similar things when the cam drive belt broke on his U12 Pintara. It stopped quietly leaving his partner by the road side.
