I've got a buildbot set up to do builds and tests across a number of
platforms. I wouldn't call this this ``officially supported'' list,
but it's sort of what we've got today. The platforms I'm currently
doing builds against are as follows:

  * FreeBSD x86
  * OpenSolaris x86 (with and without dtrace support)
  * OS X 10.5 (ppc and intel)
  * Ubuntu 8.10 x86_64 (I have a gcc build and an icc build here)
  * Ubuntu 8.04 x86 (32-bit)

  That's a total of eight builders -- which I'm guessing is too few.

  In the pipeline, I've got a couple versions of Solaris SPARC, but I
imagine someone out there is running something that they'd be
interested in keeping up to date.

  If you have something not listed in the above and would like to help
out the project, please let me know. In particular, I'd like to have
the following:

  * Some OpenBSD
  * Some NetBSD (especially Dreamcast, my BBA doesn't work)
  * UNICOS (I found one, but it only runs on Saturdays)

  Most importantly, if you or your company actually deploys on
something else, it'd be in your best interest to donate a little slice
of it to the project for doing a small test now and then so we don't
break it for you.
