Hello, We've been having some intermittent memcached connection issues and I noticed that we are a couple of releases behind. Our current version is 1.2.6.
Before I nag our admin about upgrading, is there any reason why it might be more wise to go to 1.2.8 rather than make the leap to 1.4.0? FWIW the clients we use are PHP primarily and a couple of lower traffic Java apps. Should 1.4.0 work with any clients that were working with 1.2.6? Thanks! Jay
