I've updated my python server, python client, java client, and the server in the binary branch.
Attached is the patch over the binary tree (I can't commit it myself). All tests pass on all servers and all clients with the exception of one failure mode I haven't made my python server reproduce (stupidly large value test that the server should reject). Instead of working on it, I just implemented the server.
