For binary work I am using the binary branch at the moment (but that is just client side issues).

1) UDP now starts by default (most excellent...). This was commented on positively before. 2) The execution path has been cleaned up from the earlier rework of the TCP stack for multi-interface.

I believe you will find it much cleaner now.

One thing to note... it would be nice to make sure that the dropped privs is still working. I think it... but it would be good for someone else to double check the logic.
