Your suggestion has been noted. Nevertheless, having the event around a MENOG meeting would really depend on many factors, and would need the blessing of the PC. As for having the ME DNS Forum PC as part of MENOG, MENOG is a technical fora, while the ME DNS Forum tackles various aspects of the DNS industry (policy, technical, and business). Hope that helps. Have expertise in one or more of the following: o DNS Registry and Registrar Operations; o Domain Name Marketing and Business Development; o DNS Protocols and Technologies, including DNSSEC, IPv6, IDNs, etc.; o DNS Security, Stability, and Resiliency; o Expertise in event planning and agenda development; and o Strong network of contacts. . Serve for a term specified by the governance structure that shall be developed by the inaugural ME-DNS-PC; . Devote adequate time especially around the forum's dates; and . Travel to attend the forum and possibly PC face-to-face meetings.
