امستردام، ٤ أيلول ٢٠١٤
حضرة الزملاء المحترمين،
بدأت منظمة رايب ان سي سي (RIPE NCC) بإصدار نشرة شهرية متخصصة تعنى
بالمقتراحات المتعلقه بسياسة رايب ان سي سي (RIPE Policy Proposal)
باللغتين العربية والروسية وذلك انطلاقا" من التزامها باشراك جميع المعنيين
في مجموعة الشرق الاوسط لمشغلي الشبكات (MENOG) والمجموعة الاوروبية لمشغلي
الشبكات (ENOG/Russian) في تحديد الخيرات واخذ القرارات.
هذه السياسات توضع وتعدل بما يتماشى مع عملية تطوير السياسة في رايب ان سي
سي (RIPE Policy Development Process – PDP). ويمكن لاي شخص تقديم اقتراح
تعديل سياسة معينة حيث ترسل هذه المقترحات على العنواين المذكورة لكل مقترح
ليتسلمها فريق عمل رايب ان سي سي ذالت الصلة وينشرها لتكون مفتوحة بعد ذلك
للمناقشة امام الجميع.

السياسات الحاليه المطروحه:
“RIPE Policy Proposal 2014-03, “Remove Multihoming Requirement for AS
Number Assignments”
هذا المقترح يهدف الى تسهيل عملية طلب رقم النظام الذاتي (Autonomous
System (AS) number)
الوضع الحالي للمقترح: مرحلة المراجعة؛ يتم العمل على اصدار مقترح جديد
استنادا" الى التعليقات المرسلة.
RIPE Policy Proposal 2014-04, “Relaxing IPv6 Requirement for Receiving
Space from the Final /8””
للحصول على تخصيص IPv4 من اخر فئة (8/) يجب على المسجل الانترنت المحلي
(LIR) ان يكون لديه تخصيص (IPv6) من رايب ان سي سي. لذلك يهدف هذا المقترح
الى تسهيل الحصول على تخصيص (IPv6).
الوضع الحالي للمقترح: مرحلة المراجعة من قبل فريق العمل ذات الصلة حيث تم
استلام التعليقات الاولية.
"RIPE Policy Proposal 2014-05, “Policy for Inter-RIR Transfers of
Internet Resources”
يهدف هذا المقترح بالسماح بنقل التخصيصات من ارقام الانترنت (IP) بين مسجلي
الانترنت الاقليميين.
الوضح الحالي للمقترح: مرحلة المراجعة من قبل فريق العمل ذات الصلة لينشر
بعد ذلك للمناقشة.
RIPE Policy Proposal 2014-02, “Allow IPv4 PI transfer””
يهدف هذا المقترح بالسماح بنقل (IPv4 provider Independent (IP) address
space) داخل منطقة عمل رايب ان سي سي.
الوضع الحالي للمقترح: المرحلة الاخيرة للتعليقات؛ مفتوح للمناقشة حتى 24
ايلول/سبتمبر 2014. تجدون التعليقات الخاصة بهذا المقترح على الرابط

Dear colleagues,
The RIPE NCC is proud to announce that, starting today, we will provide
a monthly update about current RIPE Policy Proposals, in both Russian
and Arabic, to better serve our ENOG and MENOG communities. We will
also send separate updates when new RIPE Policy Proposals are published.
All operations of both the RIPE NCC and Internet providers in the RIPE
NCC service region are based on policies. These policies are created and
updated in line with the RIPE Policy Development Process (PDP). Anybody
can propose a policy change. These proposals are then discussed on the
relevant RIPE Working Group mailing list, with the discussion open to all.
This update will allow you to be better informed about the current state
of RIPE Policy Proposal. Where discussion is open, we invite you to
participate in proposal discussions, in English, on the relevant working
group mailing lists.

The current RIPE Policy Proposals are:
RIPE Policy Proposal 2014-03, “Remove Multihoming Requirement for AS
Number Assignments”
This proposal aims to ease the requirements when requesting an
Autonomous System (AS) number.
Status: Review Phase - based on the comments received during previous
discussion, the authors have decided to work on a new version.
RIPE Policy Proposal 2014-04, “Relaxing IPv6 Requirement for Receiving
Space from the Final /8”
To receive an IPv4 allocation from the RIPE NCC, currently Local
Internet Registries (LIRs) must have allocated IPv6 address space in the
RIPE NCC service region. This proposal aims to relax this requirement to
any globally routable unicast IPv6 address block.
Status: Review Phase – the comments received during the previous
discussion are being evaluated by the Working Group Chair.
RIPE Policy Proposal 2014-05, “Policy for Inter-RIR Transfers of
Internet Resources”
This proposal aims to allow global transfer of Internet resources under
the condition that these resources can be transferred within the RIPE
NCC service region and other Regional Internet Registries (RIRs).
Status: Review Phase – the RIPE NCC are currently evaluating the impact
of this proposal and will publish results of this soon, then the
proposal will re-open for discussion.
RIPE Policy Proposal 2014-02, “Allow IPv4 PI transfer”
The goal of this proposal is to allow the transfer of IPv4 Provider
Independent (PI) address space within the RIPE NCC service region.
Status: Last Call – open for discussion until 24 September 2014 on the
Address Policy Working Group mailing list. To state your opinion on this
