حضرة الزملاء المحترمين
،
يسرنا وضع النشرة العربية الشهرية الثالثة التي تعنى بالمقتراحات المتعلقه
بوضع سياسات رايب ان سي سي(RIPE Policy Proposal) بتصرفكم، حيث ندعوكم
للمشاركة الفعالة في مناقشة اي من هذه المقترحات وابداء رايكم وارسال
تعليقاتكم باللغة الانكليزية على القوائم البريدية ذات الصلة.
للتذكير، هذه السياسات توضع وتعدل بما يتماشى مع عملية تطوير السياسات
المطبقة في رايب ان سي سي (RIPE Policy Development Process – PDP). ويمكن
لاي شخص تقديم اقتراح تعديل سياسة معينة حيث ترسل هذه المقترحات على
العنواين المذكورة لكل مقترح ليتسلمها فريق عمل رايب ان سي سي ذالت الصلة
وينشرها لتكون مفتوحة بعد ذلك للمناقشة امام الجميع.
المقترحات الحاليه:
*Proposal 2014-06, “Publication of Sponsoring LIR for Legacy Internet
Resource Holders”*
يهدف هذا المقترح الى نشر الرابط بين اصحاب الموارد (Legacy Internet
Resource holders) و مسجلي الانترنت المحليين التابعيين.
الوضع الحالي للمقترح: تمديد مرحلة المراجعة؛ مفتوح للمناقشة حتى ١٧
ديسمبر/كانون الاول ٢٠١٤. الرجاء ارسال تعليقاتكم وارائكم حول هذا المقترح

*Policy Proposal 2014-12, “Allow IPv6 Transfers”*
يهدف هذا المقترح الجديد بالسماح بنقل التخصيصات من ارقام برتوكول الانترنت
الاصدار السادس (IPv6) داخل منطقة عمل رايب ان سي سي.
الوضع الحالي للمقترح: مفتوح للمناقشة لغاية ٢٨ نوفمبر/تشرين الثاني ٢٠١٤.

يهدف هذا المقترح الجديد بالسماح بنقل رقم النظام الذاتي (Autonomous
System (AS) number) داخل منطقة عمل رايب ان سي سي.
الوضع الحالي للمقترح: مفتوح للمناقشة لغاية ٢٨ نوفمبر/تشرين الثاني ٢٠١٤.

يهدف هذا المقترح بالسماح بنقل (IPv4 provider Independent (IP) address
space) داخل منطقة عمل رايب ان سي سي.
الوضع الحالي للمقترح: تمت الموافقة على هذا المقترح ووضع قيد التنفيذ حيث
اصبح بالامكان نقل (IPv4 provider Independent (IP) address space) داخل
منطقة عمل رايب ان سي سي.

*Policy Proposal 2014-03, “Remove Multihoming Requirement for AS Number
Assignments*”
هذا المقترح يهدف الى تسهيل عملية طلب رقم النظام الذاتي (Autonomous
System (AS) number)
الوضع الحالي للمقترح: مرحلة المراجعة؛ يتم العمل على نسخة جديدة للمقترح
استنادا" الى التعليقات الاولية.
*Policy Proposal 2014-04, “Relaxing IPv6 Requirement for Receiving Space
from the Final /8”*
للحصول على تخصيص IPv4 من اخر فئة (8/) يجب على المسجل الانترنت المحلي
(LIR) ان يكون لديه تخصيص (IPv6) من رايب ان سي سي. لذلك يهدف هذا المقترح
الى تسهيل الحصول على تخصيص (IPv6).
الوضع الحالي للمقترح: تمديد مرحلة المراجعة؛ يتم العمل على نسخة جديدة
للمقترح استنادا" الى التعليقات الاولية.
*Proposal 2014-05, “Policy for Inter-RIR Transfers of Internet Resources”*
يهدف هذا المقترح بالسماح بنقل التخصيصات من ارقام الانترنت (IP) بين مسجلي
الانترنت الاقليميين.
الوضع الحالي للمقترح: تمديد مرحلة المراجعة؛ يتم العمل على نسخة جديدة
للمقترح استنادا" الى التعليقات الاولية.
*2014-07 to 2014-11, Language Clarification in RIPE documents*
تهدف هذه المقترحات الجديدة الى ادخال تعديلات لغوية طفيفة على بعض
المستندات والاوراق لمنع اي تقسيرات خاطئة; تبديل كلمة “should” بكلمة “must”.
الوضع الحالي للمقترح: مرحلة المناقشة، حيث تقوم رايب ان سي سي بوضع دراسة
حول انعكاسات هذه التغيرات على المقترحات 2014-07, 2014-08, 2014-10 and
2014-11
تم سحب مقترح 09 - 2014 بناء على التعليقات التي وردت خلال مرحلة المناقشة.

Proposals.
Where discussion is open, we invite you to participate in proposal
discussions, in English, on the relevant Working Group mailing lists.
The current RIPE Policy Proposals are:
2014-06, “Publication of Sponsoring LIR for Legacy Internet Resource
Holders”
This proposal aims to publish the link between legacy Internet resource
holders and their sponsoring Local Internet Registry (LIR).
Status: extend Review Phase – open for discussion until 17 December 2014
on the RIPE NCC Services Working Group mailing list.

2014-02, “Allow IPv4 PI transfer”
The goal of this proposal is to allow the transfer of IPv4 Provider
Independent (PI) address space within the RIPE NCC service region.
Status: Implemented – after reaching consensus at the end of September,
the RIPE NCC has fully implemented this policy change into its
processes. The transfer of IPv4 PI assignments is now possible.

2014-03, “Remove Multihoming Requirement for AS Number Assignments”
This proposal aims to ease the requirements when requesting an
Autonomous System (AS) Number.
Status: Review Phase - based on comments received during previous
discussion, the authors have decided to work on a new version of the
proposal.
2014-04, “Relaxing IPv6 Requirement for Receiving Space from the Final /8”
Currently, in order to receive a final /22 IPv4 allocation from the RIPE
NCC, Local Internet Registries (LIRs) must have allocated IPv6 address
space in the RIPE NCC service region. This proposal aims to relax this
requirement to any globally routable unicast IPv6 address block.
Status: extended Review Phase – based on the comments received during
previous discussion, the authors have decided to work on a new version
of the proposal.
2014-05, “Policy for Inter-RIR Transfers of Internet Resources”
This proposal aims to allow the global transfer of Internet resources.
In cases where there are policy differences between the two RIRs
involved in a cross-regional transfer, the proposal obliges the RIPE NCC
to work with the other RIR to meet the relevant requirements and
successfully complete the transfer.
Status: Review Phase - based on the comments received during previous
discussion, the author has decided to work on a new version of the
proposal.
2014-07 to 2014-11, Language Clarification in RIPE documents
These new proposals aim to improve the language in several RIPE
Documents by changing instances of “should” to “must” where this was
creating unwanted ambiguity.
Status: Discussion Phase – the RIPE NCC is producing Impact Analyses for
proposals 2014-07, 2014-08, 2014-10 and 2014-11. Proposal 2014-09 was
withdrawn based on comments received during the discussion phase.
