We don't have project managers. We're low paid jack-of-all trades programmers. -_-
We're supporting antiquated code until we have time to delegate for a rewrite, while we also manage our hosting hardware and configuration, (yes, you caught that right. We don't have a dedicated Unix admin anymore. The job has been delegated out to those of us that are familiar with the environment.), and we're also always having to write new apps or implement third party options that the company has bought, with a team of five programmers and two designers. All-in-all, this is an awesome first programming gig. :P Please tell me it gets better.
