I don't know. Would they? Your code's in version control, right? If you roll your config file back to the commit immediately before you ran "merb-gen app" again, and it was MySQL -- and then you either roll forward again or repeat the command, and it's SQLite... What would be your conclusion as to what caused the change?
Can you come up with any ideas on why it might have done it? If the change is undesirable, can you think of any ways to fix it?
