Keep in mind, "thor merb:gem:redeploy" will *only* reinstall gems that
are already installed into your bundle. It wont bundle up anything
from your system gems.

The main purpose of merb:gem:redeploy is to take all the gems in gems/
cache and build them into gems/gems, including all the native
compilations

What you need to do in your case is add nokogiri to your
dependencies.rb (probably already done), and then run:
thor merb:gem:install

If that doesnt work, try clearing out your gems/ directory (deleting
everything in it), and then run "thor merb:gem:install" again to
reinitialize everything from RubyGems (system and remote)
