I'm trying out merb and keep running into a strange error when I try
to run the first migration of my test app:

I'm fairly new to rails, merb and all that stuff, so I did what I
could think of or find on the web: used thor merb:gem:confirm to
verify my gems, and also tried updating all the gems, reinstalling
merb, erasing my app and starting over. Has anyone else seen this or
knows what's going on?
