Hi Mark. All the Merb form implementions live in the merb-helpers gem

Path: merb / merb-helpers / lib / merb-helpers / form
- helpers.rb contains general view helpers and stubs for some of the
form functionality

- builder.rb contains mosts of the real logic that goes into producing
the bound and unbound form elements.
