I was getting an EPIPE error. It only happened on my prod server, and it only occurred for one particular page (just a basically-static login page).
I've been googling and I can barely even figure out what this is, much less how to prevent it from happening again. For help w/ diagnosis, the way that I fixed it is by changing back from 1 instance (w/o using a -c param, just using &) to 2-instance cluster.
